First 24 hours of the referendum
The referendum in South Sudan is 24 hours old, and so far our sector have been surprisingly calm and quiet. There have been a couple of incidents in a couple of the other sectors, but nothing out of the ordinary - and nothing that seems related to the current referendum in South Sudan.
